Had a lovely weekend in Tresaith over the bank holiday. We even had some sun.
The kids got onto the beach and into the sea every day … and we even got
them surfing. And they hardly froze at all. (Although Adam did say on the
way back that his favourite bit of the holiday was ‘getting warm’).
We built (and knocked down) lots of sandcastles, found a dragon in a cave,
went walking over the rocks, and generally had a great time.
It’s amazing watching kids on the beach. Give them some sand and a few bits
of plastic and they’re happy. Allow them to run into the sea occasionally
to collect water to pour on stuff and they’re in heaven.
(Pictures to follow, once I copy them off the camera ….)
